Its been almost a month since my last entry. Since last month, we have gotten lucky and gotten 80% of a gym at fifty percent off. It has been sitting in our garage waiting for us to secure a place. Joey has been nice and let us park Way Joe's blueberry in his garage until we find a place. We have been busy, opening business bank accounts, meeting with our accountant, Grattan, and most importantly finding a space. We got a huge disappointment last week when Larry from 5595 Oakdale road told us he had to wait another two weeks pending another offer from his parent company for the space. We have decided to move on and focus our efforts on actually the first location we have ever visited. We are now working with Bo (since Graham has left Cresa) and we have already gotten a proposal. Once again, hopefully we can open the gym in the next month or so!
